They said they didnt have to hold funds because I have had an account there and have been in good standing and am a good person, yet they are more than willing to throw me to the wolves. They take no responsibility and wont work with me in any way to try to get my money back so I do not lose my home since I have negetive money now. Recently, they allowed someone to cash a $1400 fraudulent check against my account, wiping out my reserve line and the last of all the money I had since I am recently unemployed.
Although I thought it was ridiculous everytime my reserve line kicked in, they would charge me $10 but I didnt mind too much because I had everything set up the way I wanted and I like all the locations they have. Over the years I added a savings, credit card and reserve line. I opened my checking account with US Bank over 11 years ago when I got a job there as a teller.
